Youth Training
Our Youth Program is an opportunity for athletes, ages 10-16, to focus on strength and conditioning.
The main focus of this program will be to develop your kids for any sport they are involved in. There will be a heavy emphasis on building a strong foundation of fitness through the development of core strength, mobility, and coordination, with additional skills such as speed and agility work. We feel strongly that creating the right atmosphere is one of the key components to having a successful training program. Our Youth Program provides a platform for athletes to not only gain competence within their fitness, but also help develop communication, character, and teamwork.
With our Youth Program, we prioritize the safety of movement, as well as a consistent demonstration of proper technique and mechanics.
Youth classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30-4:30pmPricing options:
- 10-Punch Card: $139 and expires within 90 days.
