Terms and conditions for Youth Program Punch Card

Welcome to Targhee Athletics Youth Class! We're delighted to offer you a 10 Punch Card for our Youth Class. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions governing the use of your punch card:

1. Punch Card Purchase:

• The 10 Punch Card is available for a one-time fee of $138.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

2. Punch Card Usage:

• The 10 Punch Card entitles the cardholder to attend 10 Youth Class sessions.
• Each punch on the card will be deducted when you attend a class.

3. Card Expiration:

• This 10 Punch Card expires 90 days from the date of purchase.
• Any unused punches will be forfeited after the expiration date.

4. Non-Transferable:

• The 10 Punch Card is non-transferrable. It can only be used by the cardholder who purchased it.

5. Refunds:

• There are no refunds for unused punches or expired cards.

By purchasing the 10 Punch Card for the Targhee Athletics Youth Class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
