Ski & Snowboard Fitness
Ski & Snowboard Fitness is a 6-week progressive class to prepare you for the upcoming winter ski season.
Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to get in shape for ski season! All ages and abilities are welcome. All workouts can be tailored and modified around any limitations and current injuries as needed.
When?
October 14th - November 21st. Ski & Snowboard Fitness programming will be in all classes on the schedule on Mondays, Tuesdays, and, Thursdays during the 6 weeks.
What do you get?
3 sport-specific training sessions per week for 6 weeks.
A good variety of available class times! We will run our Ski Fitness program in all classes on Monday, Thursday, and Thursday.
Your own accountability coach! Once a week you will receive a check-in with your accountability coach. This is a great tool to use, as it can help you stay on track with the workouts and ask any questions you may have.
You can come to any of the classes listed below during the 6 weeks. You must sign up for the class ahead of time! Detailed instructions will be sent upon registration.
